The implementation changed support workflows by deflecting routine seller queries away from in-house and outsourced teams, allowing those teams to focus on higher value activities. eBay also identified future uses for the Seller Expert output, including training AI to improve search relevance and applying the GigCX model to larger businesses and higher value items. Governance and outcomes were tracked through service metrics and formal recognition. By working with Limitless, eBay reported reduced cost per case, a lower re-contact rate versus its in-house and outsourced operations, and consistently high CSAT scores, and the program won the Best Customer Engagement Initiative award at the ECCCSAs. Governance included curation of experts, moderated routing rules, and ongoing operational oversight to maintain quality across the Limitless GigCX platform in Customer Experience.

The program was scoped to customer experience, customer support, product management, and service delivery functions. The first phase of the Voice of Customer program concluded successfully and produced feedback that NewDay used to inform product and process changes, and NewDay is exploring expansion of the Limitless GigCX platform and CrowdFeedback use across other products and service areas.
