Governance changes included centralizing accounts payable into a finance shared service center, standardizing global P2P workflows, and instituting secure remote access for audit review and continuity of operations. Outcomes stated by Lupin include materially improved end to end visibility into suppliers and invoices, accelerated invoice processing cycles, strengthened supplier negotiation capabilities, secure remote audit access, and the ability for service center staff to work from home without interrupting mission critical activities.
