In 2017 Naos implemented Oxalys Source to Pay to centralise and digitalise indirect procurement processes across the group. The deployment targeted group-wide procurement teams and shared service functions in a consumer packaged goods environment, focusing on standardising requisition-to-pay workflows and supplier relationship management.
Oxalys Source to Pay was configured to deliver e-procurement and SRM capabilities, including a supplier 360 degree view, inventory management, digital invoicing, and analytics modules. The solution was interfaced with the group SAP ERP to enable data exchange between systems, supporting supplier master synchronization, transactional document flow for purchase orders and invoices, and inventory position reconciliation.
