Rotopino Retail 100 $21M Poland Sente Sente TeneumX CRM CRM 2016 n/a In 2016, Rotopino implemented Sente TeneumX CRM in the CRM category as part of a broader back-office consolidation linked to its Narzedzia.pl e-commerce operation. The implementation scope encompassed ERP, CRM, trade and distribution, integration with the logistics operator's warehouse, dropshipping service, workflow and document management, personnel management, and finance and accounting. Sente TeneumX CRM was configured to manage customer relationship workflows, order orchestration and BOK customer service interactions while the integrated ERP handled inventory, trade and accounting processes. Automation rules and order orchestration logic were implemented to minimize manual intervention in fulfillment, resulting in approximately 75% of orders being carried out practically unattended and 15% of orders processed via a dropshipping model. The deployment included a direct integration with an external WMS operated by a logistics partner, enabling live stock verification and publishing of availability to the e-commerce site, and supporting order picking executed from the logistics operator's warehouse for 85% of orders. Financial integrations included Homebanking and automatic payment settlement streams, which processed about 300 payments daily without employee participation, and automated invoice issuance and electronic delivery. Operational governance was restructured around role based workflows so customer service personnel focused on exception handling and defined tasks, while routine activities were automated to accelerate onboarding and reduce manual errors. The integrated ERP, WMS and Sente TeneumX CRM environment also established end to end mechanisms for returns and complaints handling, and the system is described as continuously developed to address evolving needs of Narzedzia.pl.
Tedex Production Oil, Gas and Chemicals 130 $20M Poland Sente Sente TeneumX CRM CRM 2018 n/a In 2018 Tedex Production implemented Sente TeneumX CRM as its CRM application to centralize sales and customer service across the multi-entity group. The deployment targeted both domestic and international operations and was positioned to improve cross-entity information exchange and provide managers with consolidated strategic reporting on individual entities. The implementation was executed alongside a broader Sente S4 rollout covering Production, Sales and CRM, Finance and Accounting and Personnel Management, enabling a cohesive application landscape spanning operational and back office functions. Sente TeneumX CRM was configured to support standard CRM capabilities typical of the CRM category, including customer master management, opportunity and order workflows, and customer service case handling, aligned with sales process automation and supply planning touchpoints. Work was carried out using an agile methodology, with configuration and iterative releases already under test by Tedex employees and a planned completion in the first quarter of 2018. The project scope focused on shortening the time required to plan and report production, improving supply planning, increasing sales and customer service efficiency, and enabling faster production settlement and product cost calculation. Governance emphasized cross-entity process harmonization and staged rollout to entity managers, with end user testing and progressive stabilization of CRM and adjacent Sente modules. The Sente TeneumX CRM deployment therefore served as the central sales and customer service component within a multi-module Sente implementation supporting production planning, financial accounting and personnel management.
