Governance and operational practices included acting as a liaison between onshore and offshore teams, defining project strategies, allocating resources and monitoring progress to achieve on-time and on-budget deliveries. The organization enabled a production DevOps operating model in 2016 using Jenkins, CA SCM, IBM UrbanCode deployment and UrbanCode Release, and Dynatrace for release automation and runtime monitoring, which supported ongoing operations and release cadence for SS&C Sylvan. |
