The SumTotal Softscape HRMS solution was deployed as the central platform for recording career frameworks, compensation elements and pay administration rules, with interactions coordinated between headquarters and local compensation teams. Governance activities included creating standardized job and level descriptions, establishing salary and incentive governance rules, and managing a centralized rollout and training program. Training was delivered to all HR Directors and local compensation staff through Linde US first ever centralized global program at headquarters and continued via virtual methods, supporting adoption of SumTotal Softscape and the new compensation administration processes.
