Delta Galil USA positioned the Tezos Protocol Blockchain Platform to feed recruitment and labor-protection insights into its supply chain compliance and factory management processes, creating a direct link between on-the-ground worker data and HR, compliance, and factory management functions. Governance and process impacts were practical and investigative rather than prescriptive; findings from the eMin pilot informed a planned review of factory management systems and employer-worker communications channels and were used to pinpoint stages of the labour migration journey where workers are vulnerable to exploitation.
