Configuration work focused on sales stage workflows, quote generation logic, reporting dashboards and workflow automation to standardize quote-to-order activities and surface pipeline visibility for commercial teams. StyleTech delivered and integrated the solution with SLS's ERP and ecommerce platform in the United Kingdom, aligning customer master records, quote and order flows between systems. Integrations were designed to ensure CRM-driven quotes and opportunities synchronize with order processing and ecommerce order capture, supporting sales and marketing operations across SLS's UK footprint. StyleTech led the rollout and SLS has been using Viewpoint CRM since 2023. SLS reported improvements in pipeline visibility and decision-making and faster quote turnaround in the CRM process area.
