Measured results reported by the deployment included four times efficiencies for fulfillment employees, accelerated training and adoption measured in minutes or hours versus days, improved customer experience from faster and more accurate deliveries, and cost efficiencies through targeted technology deployments and lower full time employee headcount. These outcomes reflect the combined effect of Zebra Workforce Connect, RDS Voice, and integrated Zebra mobile and wearable hardware in Arcbest fulfillment operations. | |
