Governance established standardized scheduling policies, template versioning and change control for rostering, with phased site level adoption and manager training to align operational processes with the new system. The ATOSS Workforce Management implementation created a single system of record for scheduling and workforce rules, enabling centralized cadence for roster publishing and ongoing policy governance.
