Takeda Pharmaceuticals USA | Manufacturing | 19500 | $11.8B | United States | ParkourSC | Cloudleaf Digital Visibility Platform | Real-Time Transportation Visibility | 2016 | n/a | In 2016, Takeda Pharmaceuticals USA implemented the Cloudleaf Digital Visibility Platform to provide Real-Time Transportation Visibility across its supply chain and warehouse operations. The Cloudleaf Digital Visibility Platform deployment was executed in validated phases labeled Plasma and Paste, with centralized Cloudleaf system administration and a designated lead responsible for both phase one and phase two validation projects and the overall implementation strategy. System configuration and functional coverage included full Cloudleaf system administration, master data stewardship for JD Edwards areas such as Item Master, Item Branch and BOMs, and the implementation of Qlik Sense reporting for the Warehouse Team. The team acted as a Super User across JDE modules, identified and managed data cleanup projects, and performed business analysis to translate reporting and dashboard requirements into implemented Qlik Sense artifacts while extracting supply chain data for ad hoc analysis. Operational integration connected Cloudleaf with JD Edwards and DC-Link and coordinated analytics via Qlik Sense, with managed and maintained system access across all systems. The implementation supported warehouse cycle count processes, including coordination of recounts, reconciliation of location and item level discrepancies, and regular reporting to operational stakeholders to inform process adjustments and maintain inventory accuracy at site and location levels. Governance and process controls were formalized through participation in Change Control Meetings, routine audits of system access to ensure compliance with established standards and configuration guidelines, and professional oversight of forecast expense preparation and scheduling for investment projects. Day to day JD Edwards support was provided to translate end user problem statements into actionable solutions while upholding company standards and policies.

MaxiaNET | Distribution | 35 | $4M | United States | Controlant | Controlant Aurora Platform | Real-Time Transportation Visibility | 2020 | n/a | In 2020, MaxiaNET implemented the Controlant Aurora Platform as its Real-Time Transportation Visibility solution to strengthen end-to-end monitoring across its distribution operations. The deployment targeted MaxiaNET's fifth-party logistics activities across the Americas and its network of more than 80 partners operating in over 25 markets, aligning visibility with cross-border cold chain requirements and partner workflows. The Controlant Aurora Platform was configured to deliver continuous shipment telemetry, temperature and condition monitoring, geolocation tracking, exception alerting, and centralized dashboards for shipment integrity monitoring. Configuration emphasized real-time alerts and time-series telemetry reporting to support quality control and chain-of-custody documentation, consistent with standard Real-Time Transportation Visibility capabilities. Operational scope covered logistics, compliance, distribution, inventory management, and quality assurance functions, enabling logistics teams and commercial stakeholders to access a single visibility layer for per-shipment condition data. The implementation ingested sensor telemetry and carrier status feeds from distributed shipments, and presented normalized event streams and exception workflows to downstream stakeholders for investigation and response. Governance centered on operationalizing exception handling and quality workflows, instituting monitoring roles, and embedding visibility data into MaxiaNET's shipping and compliance processes. The initiative is documented as improving product freshness and quality through real-time supply chain visibility, with Controlant Aurora Platform serving as the Real-Time Transportation Visibility backbone for MaxiaNET's distribution and quality management activities.
