Carrier onboarding and driver adoption were operationally significant, supported by CarrierLink where FourKites reported a 63 percent increase in drivers to 377,000 and a 67 percent increase in carriers onboarded during 2020. Governance focused on centralizing transportation visibility for supply chain and logistics teams, standardizing carrier onboarding and exception escalation workflows to support predictive transportation management. FourKites reported record global growth in 2020 including greater than 100 percent total shipment volume growth and substantial international and modal increases, providing scale context for Constellation Brands use of the FourKites Real-Time Transportation Visibility Platform.
