Governance work centralized operational control and standardized workflows, driving cadence and decision authority into the visibility platform to provide a reliable single source of information. Rollout emphasized process standardization, cadence for reporting, and operational control for country teams across Latino America while enabling the Panama hub to function as a regional consolidation point. Governance was adjusted to share event-driven status with customer stakeholders and to operationalize ETA and geofence events within transportation planning and customer communication processes.
