Operational coverage explicitly encompassed three Midwest RDCs and the hub and spoke transportation start up connecting those sites, supporting carrier management and outbound private fleet workflows across the network. Governance changes accompanied the technical rollout, with True Value teams maintaining site specific P and L accountability, monthly forecasting and contract compliance oversight for Ryder 3PL services. Ongoing management duties included Ryder 3PL KPI metrics and service requirement enforcement, embedding LogiNext Mile into existing forecasting, compliance and route optimization processes.
