The implementation explicitly integrated with the plant MES and BI reporting systems to support production scheduling and operational analysis, enabling cross functional interaction among functional managers, subject matter experts and the European and WW supply chain organizations. Operational coverage emphasized site supply chain and production planning functions, with configuration and process workstreams oriented to manufacturing execution and inventory flow management. Governance centered on master data control, change control processes and continuous improvement activities to reduce cost and complexity across the site.
