In 2018, CCG Castle implemented ShippingEasy, deploying ShippingEasy as its Shipping Management application to centralize shipping and fulfillment workflows. The specialty retailer of card games, miniatures and collectibles used ShippingEasy to simplify shipping and increase overall efficiency.

Configuration work focused on establishing shipping profiles, automation rules for carrier selection and packaging logic, and standardized shipment status updates to support a compact fulfillment operation.
Operational scope covered the companys fulfillment and customer service functions for its United States based ecommerce store, with configuration scaled to a three person team and a single fulfillment site. Order flows were consolidated into a central shipping queue to reduce manual steps and to enable batch processing of outbound orders.
Governance changes included formalizing shipping procedures through automation rules and staff runbooks, and instituting a centralized workflow for new order intake to shipment completion. The implementation narrative centers on ShippingEasy as the Shipping Management platform that simplified shipping operations and increased overall efficiency for CCG Castle.
