Anitua Professional Services 1000 $300M Papua New Guinea Pronto Software Pronto XI Distribution Supply Chain Management 2022 n/a In 2022 Anitua implemented Pronto XI Distribution as its Supply Chain Management platform across multiple business units and distribution sites in Papua New Guinea. The rollout included a formal Pronto XI Distribution go live for NCS Holdings PNG Mainland in November 2022, following an earlier NCS Lihir implementation in June 2021, and preceded by master data alignment for Pronto Retail used by Anitua Supermarket. The implementation emphasized inventory, supplier, and warehouse master data normalization, plus replenishment and scheduled purchasing capabilities consistent with Supply Chain Management best practices. Pronto XI Distribution was configured to support scheduled purchasing across three Distribution Centres in Port Moresby, Lae and Lihir Island, with replenishment protocols aligned to business plans and a shift to 45 day stock levels from prior 90+ day practices. Master data work was a central activity, with inventory, supplier and warehouse data cleansed and uploaded for day 1 use at each site, and a core team of three leading the Anitua Supply Chain implementation from Brisbane in 2020. Operational coverage extended to seven separate mainland sites under NCS Holdings and to NCS Lihir and Anitua Supermarket, impacting procurement, inventory management, warehouse operations and supplier management functions. Governance and process restructuring included standardizing inbound supply processes through a partnership with three core suppliers in Australia and New Zealand and a consolidated approach to goods supply into PNG. Reported outcomes tied directly to the Pronto XI Distribution implementation include a release of 10M AUD of working capital, a reduction in stock holding from more than 90 days to 45 days through scheduled purchasing, and a reported 10 percent reduction in total cost of ownership in the first year, with spend levels above 122M in 2021 and above 156M in 2022.
Raychem RPG Manufacturing 1000 $100M India Oracle Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain Planning Supply Chain Management 2021 n/a In 2021, Raychem RPG implemented Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain Planning as a core component of an Oracle Cloud deployment that also encompassed finance capabilities. The deployment targeted manufacturing planning and system based production scheduling within the Supply Chain Management category to create a cloud native planning backbone for operational processes. The implementation configuration focused on production scheduling and manufacturing planning capabilities, including plant level scheduling, production order orchestration and planning workflows typical of Supply Chain Management solutions. The Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain Planning application was configured to support planning run cadence, master data alignment for items and bills of materials, and system driven scheduling logic to synchronize shop floor execution with planning outputs. Integrations were executed within the Oracle Cloud suite, explicitly aligning supply chain planning with Oracle Cloud finance modules to unify transactional and planning data flows. The rollout emphasized cross functional coverage across manufacturing, supply chain and finance teams in Raychem RPG, with Oracle Consulting partnering on implementation and cutover activities. Governance and rollout were organized around a coordinated Go Live, with cross functional stewards and an implementation timeline that resulted in a successful go live on time. The program delivered a stabilized planning platform and a foundation for future growth aspirations while embedding operational planning controls into existing manufacturing and finance workflows.
