Liberty Energy | Oil, Gas and Chemicals | 4580 | $4.1B | United States | Oracle | Oracle Cloud HCM | Core HR | 2022 | Peloton Consulting Group | In 2022, Liberty Energy implemented Oracle Cloud HCM to modernize Core HR capabilities and consolidate workforce processes across the enterprise. Liberty Energy engaged Peloton Consulting Group to execute an Oracle Cloud journey that included ERP, EPM, Oracle Cloud HCM Core, Payroll, Benefits, SCM, Transportation Management, and an Autonomous Data Warehouse. The Oracle Cloud HCM implementation focused on Core, Payroll, and Benefits modules, standardizing employee master data, payroll processing flows, and benefits administration. Configuration work emphasized approval workflow orchestration and HR business process automation to align hiring, compensation, and time management with corporate controls, while instituting centralized HR data governance. Integrations were established between Oracle Cloud HCM and the organization’s Oracle ERP and EPM layers, along with supply chain and transportation management modules, and the Autonomous Data Warehouse for reporting and analytics. The deployment covered enterprise HR and payroll for roughly 4,580 employees, and extended operational visibility into supply chain and transportation mechanisms used across field operations, enabling consolidated data flows from HR to finance and logistics systems. Governance changes introduced centralized control of approval workflows and role based access to HR and payroll data through the Oracle Cloud HCM security model and Peloton Consulting Group’s implementation governance. Reported outcomes include access of data, full visibility into supply chain, control of approval workflows, and greater knowledge and visibility into transportation mechanisms.

Liberty Energy | Oil, Gas and Chemicals | 4580 | $4.1B | United States | Oracle | Oracle Cloud EPM | EPM | 2022 | Peloton Consulting Group | In 2022 Liberty Energy implemented Oracle Cloud EPM as part of a coordinated Oracle Cloud program, partnering with Peloton Consulting Group to address rapid scaling needs and to improve and transform business processes. The Oracle Cloud EPM deployment was delivered alongside implementations of ERP, HCM Core, Payroll, Benefits, SCM, Transportation Management, and Autonomous Data Warehouse as part of an enterprise rollout to support Liberty Energy's North American hydraulic fracturing operations. Oracle Cloud EPM was configured to provide enterprise planning and budgeting, financial consolidation and management reporting, and driver based forecasting capabilities consistent with EPM class functionality. The implementation emphasized standardized planning workflows, centralized financial reporting, and automated approval chains inside Oracle Cloud EPM to support month end close and operational planning cycles, while integrating analytical storage by leveraging the Autonomous Data Warehouse. Integrations were executed between Oracle Cloud EPM and the broader Oracle suite deployed at Liberty Energy, including ERP transactional feeds, SCM and Transportation Management shipment and freight data, and HCM payroll and workforce data to ensure alignment across finance, supply chain, and operations. This integration architecture centralized master financial and operational data, enabled cross functional reconciliations, and provided a single source for planning inputs to support field operations and corporate finance teams across Liberty Energy’s North American footprint. Governance and process restructuring focused on enforcing approval workflows and improving control points for planning and supply chain decisions, with Peloton Consulting Group assisting in workflow configuration, role based access controls, and change management tied to finance and transportation processes. The program targeted clearer ownership for planning inputs, tighter approval controls for capital and operational spend, and standardized reporting taxonomies across departments. As an explicit outcome Liberty Energy gained access to consolidated data, full visibility into supply chain, control of approval workflows, and greater knowledge and visibility into transportation mechanisms, driven by the Oracle Cloud EPM implementation. Oracle Cloud EPM EPM now serves as the central financial planning and reporting hub for Liberty Energy, aligning finance, supply chain, and transportation business functions.
