The implementation also aligned with HR projects using OutSystems forms to modernize HR intake workflows, consolidating talent, engagement and service ticket data into the Workforce Analytics environment. Governance established a monthly reporting cadence and quarterly ET pack ownership, with the HR Projects and Business Improvement Analyst serving as the project lead and dashboard administrator responsible for metric definitions and ongoing maintenance.
