The Trimble Kuebix TMS deployment addressed transportation execution across receiving, picking, returns, shipping, inventory control, and value added services at the Hilliard, OH site. The implementation configured standard Transportation Management capabilities including carrier tendering, rate shopping, shipment booking and tracking, bill of lading generation, and basic load planning and routing orchestration consistent with TMS functional workflows. Trimble Kuebix TMS was used to standardize shipment workflows and to provide operational controls for the Inventory and Shipping teams that processed production and sales orders for both Ares Sportswear and Dyenomite Apparel. Operational integrations and coordination were executed directly with Production and Customer Service Sales teams to ensure orders were received, processed, and shipped on time, and the inventory manager led adoption among shipping staff. The inventory team had working experience with multiple shipping applications including UPS Worldship, FedEx Ship Manager, DHL, ShipLinx, ShipStation, and Kuebix, and later supported ERP WMS program activity as the inventory departments subject matter expert during the SAP B1 ERP WMS implementation and the Hanes WMS rollout. Governance and operational change management were led internally by the Inventory Manager who supervised more than 25 direct and temporary employees across receiving through shipping functions, coached team leads on production accuracy and safety benchmarks, and managed training for shipping software use and power equipment. Trimble Kuebix TMS Transportation Management became the operational hub for carrier selection and shipment execution while training and team leadership sustained day to day operational governance. | |
