Integration with SAP Ariba and Ariba Network created a unified operational surface for direct and indirect spend, linking purchase orders and supplier contracts with expense data. The combined SAP Concur Expense and SAP Ariba configuration supported IDP’s global procurement strategy, standardising procurement processes across 28 countries and operating alongside more than 120 offices across 32 countries. IDP reported staff creation of more than 4,100 purchase orders and submission of over 4,900 expense reports following these SAP deployments. Governance and process changes centered on centralized spend visibility, improved supplier governance, and data-driven decision making for purchasing. The integrated SAP Concur Expense and SAP Ariba approach enabled greater spend under management and real-time insight into purchasing behavior, and supported previously reported outcomes such as consolidated supplier sourcing that reduced average laptop costs by 29 percent and SAP Ariba driven cost savings of $5 million in the first year.
BoConcept Greece Retail 70 $10M Greece SoftOne Technologies Soft1 Cloud ERP ERP Financial 2016 Exetech In 2016, BoConcept Greece implemented Soft1 Cloud ERP from SoftOne Technologies, deploying a system aligned with the ERP Financial category to unify retail operations and finance. The engagement was delivered with Exetech as the system integrator and targeted consolidation of transactional and reporting workflows across the company. The Soft1 Cloud ERP implementation included POS, supply chain, BI and finance modules, consolidating inventory management, point of sale transaction processing and financial reporting into a single application. Exetech led a phased rollout that standardized workflows between retail operations and finance, established governance for master data and reporting, and implemented BI driven reporting cadences. The deployment focused on process consolidation across departments to reduce duplication and simplify operational controls. According to the vendor case study, implementation of Soft1 Cloud ERP improved real time visibility and reduced IT costs, while providing unified retail and financial reporting for BoConcept Greece.
