Configuration work emphasized treasury accounting controls and workflows aligned with IFRS principles to support consistent financial close and treasury accounting across entities. The project was designed to align with the existing finance application landscape and organizational familiarity with systems such as SAP, LucaNet, Data Business Warehouse, Sage and Office 365. Implementation planning emphasized interoperability with those systems for reporting, consolidation and data exchange while preserving a single treasury control plane for payments and bank connectivity. Governance and process workstreams concentrated on centralizing treasury processes, standardizing bank signatory and cash management policies, and embedding treasury workflows into group finance to support acquisition integration and realization of synergies. Change management and stakeholder alignment across commercial, finance and manufacturing nodes were integral to the rollout across All4Labels global finance organization. | |
