Governance and workflow changes centralized cash positioning under the corporate treasury function, formalized bank fee analysis as a cross-company monitoring process, and instituted payment approval and routing procedures within the Treasury Management application. The deployment emphasized a treasury workstation architecture that unifies cash visibility, fee oversight, and payment execution for BCBSM.
