The implementation targeted core procurement and project costing workflows used by the Design and Estimating Manager within Acopia Fit-out Solutions in Bognor Regis, and was positioned to centralize purchasing of materials, fixtures, and fittings for shop fit-out projects.
OrderWise ERP System was configured to capture estimate and scope-of-works data produced during on-site surveys and 3D design phases, feeding those costed job records into purchasing and project accounting modules. The implementation emphasized purchase order processing and stock control tied to individual projects, enabling the creation of costed purchase requisitions and job-level spend records that align estimating outputs with procurement activity.
Operational coverage focused on procurement, estimating, and project management functions, supporting workflows from initial client survey through project handover, and accommodating a mix of in-house fitters and external contractors. Governance features were implemented to support the Design and Estimating Manager workflow for raising orders and tracking project expenditure, while project tracking capabilities were used to manage the sequence of activities across fit-out sites and supplier deliveries.
