Governance and operational changes accompanied the rollout, with the Special Event Manager role formalizing pre-shift sessions, onsite execution checklists, and a repeatable post-event evaluation cadence. Process standardization focused on centralizing client communications, capturing requirements in TripleseatDirect, and aligning catering and room setup workflows across events to improve consistency.
