The deployment was positioned to support downstream posting and reconciliation workflows within the finance stack and to integrate with existing invoicing and billing operational processes. Governance and rollout used established controls and change management practices, with Financial Applications leadership managing SOX controls and compliance across Billing and ERP teams. Agile delivery practices introduced by the Sr. Manager were applied to prioritize workstreams, manage onshore and offshore engineering resources, and sequence lease data onboarding and accounting close integration. | |

The implementation also encompassed channel partner commissions covering multiple commission plans and integration of SaaS taxation software SureTax for sales and use tax calculation. Integrations were explicitly instrumented into the billing architecture, tying Gotransverse to the companys Netsuite ERP and to Salesforce CPQ implemented with Apttus, with data orchestration performed using Dell Boomi. Multiple payment gateways including Cybersource, Merchant E Solutions, GoCardless and Wells Fargo were integrated into the billing flows and into Netsuite through the same Boomi middleware. Operational coverage included Finance, Billing, Invoicing and Sales teams, and billing footprints that span master agent and wholesale partner billing scenarios as well as cross border customer support. Governance and operational rollout incorporated Agile delivery practices and Scrum leadership for business applications, management of onsite and offshore engineering resources, and formal SOX controls compliance and change management across Billing, Commissions and Netsuite ERP. The implementation note records that Gotransverse Billing Platform was implemented for SB anniversary customers, and system ownership remained with the internal Business Systems organization. | |
