The deployment targeted the organization s e-commerce fulfillment operations supporting Shopify and WooCommerce enrollment cart orders and Hubs orders, and covered daily order checking, preparation, dispatching, delivery monitoring, returns management and product quality checking across the Homeschool Global Learning fulfillment center. The implementation timeframe aligns with the Fulfillment Center Manager responsibilities recorded from February 2022 to August 2022. Anchanto eCommerce Warehouse Management System was configured to run both order management and warehouse management functions, using Anchanto OMS and WMS modules to orchestrate order creation, pick and pack workflows, and returns processing. The configuration included the ability to create orders on behalf of customers, monitor stock levels, capture supplier level sales reporting, and manage supplier payment workflows. Functional terminology for the deployment centered on order orchestration, inventory management, warehouse execution and returns to sender handling. The deployment integrated Anchanto with Shopify and WooCommerce storefronts to ingest orders and with third party logistics providers LBC, FedEX and Lalamove for dispatching and delivery monitoring, reconciliation of courier billings and liquidation of expenses. The go live migrated operations from Cin7 Orderhive into Anchanto OMS and WMS, consolidating order flows and centralizing fulfillment routing and billing verification. Suppliers for both outright and consignment inventory were coordinated into the fulfillment cycle for delivery scheduling and payment processing. Governance and process changes established day to day coordination between the Fulfillment Center Manager and the Family Support Team to handle order and delivery inquiries and resolve customer complaints. Operational controls included supplier sales reports, reconciliation of 3PL billing and preparation of liquidation documentation for Lalamove and petty cash. Anchanto eCommerce Warehouse Management System served as the primary system for e-commerce fulfillment, inventory oversight and order to cash coordination within Homeschool Global Philippines.
