ITS Vienna Region | Government | 500 | $100M | Austria | PTV Group | PTV Optima | Traffic Management | 2018 | n/a | In 2018, ITS Vienna Region implemented PTV Optima as a Traffic Management application to provide real time traffic information and situational awareness across the Vienna region. PTV Optima combines reliable offline traffic modeling with real time data and algorithms to support continuous traffic state estimation and dynamic scenario assessment. The implementation centers on core Traffic Management capabilities, including offline traffic modeling, continuous ingestion of real time data feeds, predictive algorithms for short term forecasting, and disturbance-aware routing logic. Configurations emphasize incident and disturbance handling, enabling the system to consider reactions to unplanned traffic delays as well as known disturbances such as accidents and construction sites. Operationally the solution is embedded into ITS Vienna Region operations, feeding algorithmic outputs into traffic information workflows and traffic operations center decision processes. Governance focuses on aligning model outputs with operational procedures for incident response and traffic information publication, ensuring PTV Optima is the authoritative source for regional traffic state and disturbance management.

ITS Logistics | Transportation | 1000 | $300M | United States | Softeon | Softeon WMS | Warehouse Management | 2024 | n/a | In 2024, ITS Logistics upgraded its warehouse platform to Softeon WMS as part of a broader technology investment. ITS Logistics replaced Korber HighJump Warehouse Edge formerly AccellosOne WMS, moving to Softeon WMS within its Warehouse Management footprint to support expanded service lines and new facility openings. The Softeon WMS deployment included core Warehouse Management capabilities aligned to typical WMS workflows, with inventory control, order management, yard management and labor management configured to support final mile and managed solutions service lines. Configuration prioritized operational modules that map to multi-node fulfillment and trailer yard operations given ITS growth in nationwide trailer capacity and the opening of the Fort Worth, TX center. Implementation was executed as a centralized WMS instance integrated with ITS proprietary transportation management platform, the newly launched TMS which became the sole platform for all loads managed by ITS. That integration established the canonical load and shipment orchestration flow, connecting warehouse outbound execution in Softeon WMS to the TMS load planning and dispatch functions, and enabling unified visibility across warehouse and transport operations. Governance and process alignment focused on standardizing warehouse workflows and handoffs to the company TMS, with rollout scope covering the Fort Worth center and existing fulfillment sites supporting ITS nationwide trailer network. The program was framed as an operational consolidation, with Softeon WMS providing the warehouse execution layer while the ITS proprietary TMS centralizes load management.
