Governance and process transformation accompanied the technical rollout, including implementation of a Governance Risk and Compliance tool, targeted awareness sessions on budget control and compliance, and enhancements to internal controls. The program produced standardized monthly deliverables such as vendor enrolment rosters, invoice listings and open purchase order reports for accrual processing, and it explicitly aimed to improve financial control and compliance effectiveness.
