Apero Pinpoint WMS was integrated operationally with Epicor Prophet 21 for inventory and supply chain data continuity, allowing warehouse transactions to feed upstream inventory records used by purchasing and order management. Governance included on the floor training for new employees, documented receiving and put away procedures, and certification of forklift and pallet jack operators to align physical handling with system directed workflows.
