Governance focused on eliminating duplicate data entry and creating shared operational workflows, with business intelligence used to expose sales trends and project profitability for timely decision making. Outcomes reported by Collier & Miller include clearer financial visibility, streamlined workflows for purchase orders point of sale and projects, easier transaction management, and improved ability to track project budgets, with plans to leverage Pronto XI for future e-commerce growth.
