Toronto-Dominion Bank | Banking and Financial Services | 103000 | $44.8B | Canada | Linedata | Linedata Ekip360 | Lease Management | 2020 | n/a | In 2020, The Toronto-Dominion Bank implemented Linedata Ekip360 for Lease Management. The initiative centered on TD Equipment Finance and the onboarding of an acquired equipment financing contracts business segment into the existing EKIP-360 environment. The implementation work included detailed requirements gathering and data mapping to accommodate the acquired line of business, with configuration changes to Linedata Ekip360 to support contract data, amortization and schedule logic, and new reporting needs. The team produced a migration strategy and technical documentation to define how incoming contract records, contract terms, and transaction histories would be ingested and reconciled into the Lease Management application. Execution required direct coordination with the Wells Fargo team to understand source systems data and process flows, and with LineData to address data ingestion and system questions, reflecting an explicit integration focus between source data owners and the vendor application. Technical and tooling exposure on the engagement included Oracle Developer for data and technical tasks, and Jira and Confluence for backlog tracking and documentation, while report requirement sessions fed development and testing workstreams for EKIP-360 reporting. Project governance emphasized agile delivery, with Kanban used during initial discovery and a later transition to Scrum for sprinted development, and functional governance conducted by cross-functional work teams that tracked backlog items and resolved business and technical issues. Operational scope was within TD Equipment Finance and covered contract migration, reporting implementation, and ongoing configuration work for Linedata Ekip360 as the central Lease Management platform. | |
