Programme governance relied on cross functional teams and supplier project managers and consultants to manage requirements gathering, build, user acceptance testing, go live and hypercare phases. Regular stakeholder engagement and progress reporting to programme management and sponsorship teams structured the rollout and aligned local readiness activities across sites.
