The rollout was scoped to support hiring across 12 countries, 17 brands, and a multilingual career site in 10 languages, while instrumenting candidate capture channels such as a recruiting CRM, Text Apply, Chat Bot, and a hosted apply experience to enrich analytics and candidate conversion tracking. Governance included a recruiting playbook for hiring managers, weekly metrics cadence, and centralized budget ownership for global Talent Acquisition. The data driven approach supported operational changes and explicit outcomes reported by the team, including a 75 percent reduction in agency spend, a 38 percent improvement in candidate conversions from the recruiting marketing platform, and a 30 percent improvement in candidate flow after the first full year in the role.
