The implementation covered warehouse and fulfilment operations across Character's UK sites and operated as the primary stock control and dispatch engine. As a beta deployment it drove iterative process adjustments and stabilization, and resulted in faster locating of stock, automated dispatch workflows and better multi location stock management as the company scaled. Operational governance centralized inventory transaction capture in Linnworks Warehouse Management, shifting activities from manual forms and spreadsheets to system driven transactions, and required updated warehouse workflows and staff training to align with the software processes. Rollout emphasis included operator training and procedural change control to support temporary staff onboarding and to preserve inventory accuracy during scale up.
