The integrations positioned Cin7 Orderhive as the synchronization hub for ecommerce order capture, CRM alignment, and fulfillment execution while supporting affiliate and drop ship workflows used by AirSkirts. Governance and operationalization used written procedures and training artifacts, the company created training manuals for all departments and maintained standard operating procedures in Confluence with working documents in Google Sheets. Daily operational workflows routed customer support and order inquiries through HubSpot and Slack, while fulfillment tasks and shipping handoffs were coordinated through Cin7 Orderhive and ShipStation, enabling consistent cross-department process execution.
