Operational coverage spanned branch operations and retail operations across India, with project workstreams for branch cutover, data validation, and transactional cutover sequencing. Governance of the program followed phased branch migration waves, structured data validation and cutover testing, and formal handover to branch operations and reconciliation teams. Process changes emphasized standardized reconciliation procedures, centralized change control for posting rules, and use of Zenith’s data-migration tooling and scripts to support conversion and go-live activities.
