Operational coverage focused on candidate onboarding processes, with HR coordinators and recruiters using Certiphi Screening workflows and ServiceNow cases to send background checks, close cases, and communicate required documents to candidates prior to target start dates. Governance and process changes emphasized centralized status tracking and coordinated communications, where coordinators and a Senior Assistant HR updated the New Hire Tracker and managed inquiries. The rollout formalized steps for interview coordination, case handling in ServiceNow, and cross-system verification handoffs between Certiphi Screening and the named platforms, aligning screening execution with hiring and compliance functions. | |
