Professional Services | 3670 | $600M | Belgium | SAP | SAP Intelligent Robotic Process Automation | Robotic Process Automation | 2017 | In 2017 NRB implemented SAP Intelligent Robotic Process Automation as part of a broader SAP Sales Cloud program, leveraging Robotic Process Automation to automate manual migration tasks and to support integrated sales processes across the NRB Group. The deployment was delivered by Amista and anchored in NRB’s Herstal, Belgium operations, with the automation capability explicitly used to address attachment migration and repetitive data processing during the CRM to cloud transition. The implementation of SAP Intelligent Robotic Process Automation focused on automating high-volume, manual transformations, notably converting bulk attachment exports into Sales Cloud import templates. The SAP Sales Cloud solution covered account management, activity registration, opportunity management, contract replication and invoicing workflows, with IRPA handling repetitive conversion and synchronization tasks to reduce manual workload and accelerate cutover. Architecturally the program combined SAP Sales Cloud, SAP Cloud Platform Integration and SAP Integration Suite, plus the cloud connector configured as a reverse invoke proxy to enable secure connectivity to the on-premise SAP S/4HANA system; the initial integration was implemented against SAP ECC 6.0 and later re-configured for SAP S/4HANA on-premise. Pre-packaged iFlows were used as the integration backbone for business partner replication, external pricing and contract replication, and custom filters and logic were applied in CPI to satisfy NRB specific mapping and synchronization rules, including integrations with SAP CPQ and Microsoft SharePoint. Data migration from SAP CRM used the Sales Cloud data workbench for template based imports. The rollout was executed in two phases, with the first Sales Cloud implementation and ECC integration completed in roughly ten weeks, followed by reconfiguration during NRB’s S/4HANA transition. Governance included configuration of monitoring dashboards and notification capabilities in the cloud platform, secure authentication and continuity support from Amista for key users. Implementation issues such as SharePoint synchronization and attachment synchronization were analyzed and resolved during post go-live support. The program delivered a centrally monitored platform, near real-time front to back office synchronization, a consolidated 360 degree customer view and reduced maintenance effort as stated by project stakeholders.

Media | 182 | $31M | Belgium | Boomi | Boomi AtomSphere | API Management,iPaaS (Integration Platform as a Service) | 2025 | In 2025, FCR Media Belgium deployed Boomi AtomSphere to centralize integration and API management across its digital marketing ecosystem. The company used Boomi AtomSphere as an API Management,iPaaS (Integration Platform as a Service) solution to unify vendor, partner and customer data flows and address fragmented data visibility that had created operational silos for its service portfolio serving over 50,000 small and medium sized enterprises. The implementation established a cloud first architecture using the Boomi Enterprise Platform as the integration backbone, enabling low code orchestration and rapid assembly of interfaces. FCR Media implemented more than 200 integration processes and leveraged 30 pre built Boomi connectors to accelerate development, while instrumenting workflow automation for both batch processing and real time interactions, including phone validation and VAT validation with VIES check. Boomi AtomSphere was configured with built in error handling and proactive monitoring that routes exceptions to email alerts for operational support. Integrations explicitly implemented included Salesforce, Wix, Twikey, VCita, Mono Solutions, and Microsoft Azure, centralizing data and process flows across vendor, partner and customer engagement systems. The deployment supported business functions in IT, marketing operations, partner management and customer success by removing redundant platforms and creating end to end data visibility for campaign delivery and service orchestration. The rollout was executed in partnership with Amista and Blents, with governance focused on standardizing connector use, centralizing API publishing and establishing monitoring and exception workflows. Outcomes reported by the company include increased customer retention to 88 percent and customer satisfaction to 86 percent, reduced IT expenditure by approximately 50 percent with the cloud first architecture, and accelerated integration development through the connector library and AI powered mapping suggestions.
