The support footprint explicitly covered FICO roles and authorizations, GL account maintenance, cost center and profit center assignments, and business partner creations for customers and vendors under ECC. Governance emphasized SAP key user empowerment and structured training, including onboarding of recruits, assignment of roles and creation of user accounts to enforce controlled access. Yearly budget coordination and quarterly and monthly forecast cycles were institutionalized within SAP ERP ECC 6.0 as part of the finance operating rhythm.
