In 2015 Cooperative Informatique implemented Odoo Helpdesk to provide Customer Support functionality within a consolidated Odoo platform. The deployment followed an evaluation prompted by problems with an outdated 1995-era IT solution and was executed as part of a broader Odoo adoption across the company.
Auguria, an Odoo gold partner within Teclib, led configuration and module development, delivering a suite that included CRM, Accounting, Invoicing, Timesheet, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, Helpdesk, Sales, Project, Website, and Repair. Odoo Helpdesk was configured alongside these modules to centralize ticket management, dashboarding, SLA aware case routing, and integrated service workflows.
The implementation centralized support for Aviva insurance agencies in France and provisioned approximately 50 users on a single platform with single click access to dashboards. Integrations remained within the Odoo suite, enabling shared customer, sales, invoicing and project data between Odoo Helpdesk and CRM, Sales, Accounting and Project applications.
Rollout was completed rapidly, with a transition period of about one month and the entire system operational by the end of September 2015. Cooperative Informatique reported that Odoo Helpdesk and the broader Odoo deployment met their operational needs, and they expressed satisfaction with Auguria's needs analysis, implementation, and ongoing module development and follow up.
