The cloud deployment also removed the need for an out of date on premises server and simplified remote access for the finance team across KO’s regional operations.
Governance changes included automated approval workflows, auditor access to application level records, and BAASS led training and change management to embed new processes into finance operations. Reported outcomes include improved efficiency, time and cost savings, enhanced reporting, and greater control, and KO plans to expand the environment with Sage Fixed Asset to streamline asset tracking and depreciation.
