In 2011, IndelB implemented Oracle e-Business Suite Accounts Payable as part of an Oracle EBS R12 migration at its Italian headquarters. The engagement explicitly targeted AP Automation capabilities within Oracle e-Business Suite Accounts Payable to centralize accounts payable processing and strengthen financial control across the site. The implementation configured Oracle EBS modules including PO, AP, GL, AR, FA, OM, INV, WIP, BOM, and CST, and included explicit SLA configuration for Costing, INV, and AP accounting. Functional workstreams covered supplier invoice handling, invoice matching, AP journal generation, and costing flows that feed general ledger and manufacturing cost accounting. Business Reply served as the consulting integrator for the 12 month project that concluded in March 2012, delivered in Italian by a six person project team with a budget of €150,000. Deployment scope was the Italian headquarters and the implementation integrated accounts payable with procurement, general ledger, fixed assets, inventory, order management, and shop floor costing modules within Oracle EBS. Governance and process work centered on a redesigned management control model, the Consulting Project Manager led the migration of EBS release 11i to R12 and configured SLA-driven accounting rules. Oracle e-Business Suite Accounts Payable was positioned as the AP Automation backbone for IndelB, with operational ownership placed in finance and procurement functions at the Italian site.
