The rollout affected finance, logistics, management control and quality teams and included consolidation integration with the SERVIER group and a business intelligence layer providing cross referenced analytical views across finance and logistics. Governance changes emphasized accounting autonomy and process ownership by Biogaran, enabling fast month end closes and finalization on D+5 and full operational mastery after more than a year of use. The implementation purposefully positioned Biogaran to exploit the Awacs solution for new activities and business units while centralizing finance and logistics orchestration on the SAP ERP ECC 6.0 ERP Financial platform. | |
