The implementation also included CODiLOG’s IsiConso financial consolidation solution to support consolidation with the SERVIER group, and modernization of inventory management through integration of GPAO manufacturing flows and accounting inside SAP. Integrations focused on embedding logistics flows and accounting into the SAP core, interfacing external forecast data into supply planning, and automating needs calculation to generate supply requests from CSP warehouses to DPS. Operational coverage spanned finance, logistics, management control, inventory, quality and decision-making processes, and the program introduced a Business Intelligence layer to provide cross-referenced analyzed information across functional axes. From a governance and operational perspective, CODiLOG’s implementation emphasized process autonomy and accounting autonomy for Biogaran, enabling fast financial closes finalized on D+5. After more than one year of operation Biogaran had fully mastered the new information system and was positioned to exploit the SAP ERP ECC 6.0, Materials Management Purchasing (MM-PUR) solution to establish new activities or business units. | |

The implementation was scoped to support project investment assessment workflows and to provide a single source of transactional and controlling data for reporting and decision support. Governance and rollout were driven by the director of controlling with a central team of six controllers and coordination with five regional controllers to operationalize new processes. Processes were reorganized to standardize controlling cycles, centralize budget orchestration and embed finance business partnering practices across Adoma's finance function. |
