A sustained support model was put in place, with DXC Technology and internal JDE analysts providing second level support, managing support queues, maintaining knowledge base articles and executing upgrades and patches. JDE Systems Analysts were assigned to diagnose functional issues across Finance, Supply Chain and Manufacturing modules, maintain training documentation and ensure ERP application availability. Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Supply Management (Procurement) was positioned as the central procurement engine for Fulton Hogan business and operational workflows.
