Dynamics Square delivered required customizations and integration work to align the application with Pasante processes. Governance changes included restructuring legacy production process flows so that manufacturing, finance, and customer service workflows were coordinated through the new ERP Financial system, and user support and training were provided during rollout. Dynamics Square led the upgrade from Dynamics NAV 2009 to NAV 2018 and guided governance changes, training, and BI adoption to improve support ticket measurement and process visibility.
