Governance and change management were supported by Dynamics Square through hands on training, configuration guidance, and post go live support to help Arteak staff adopt the new workflows. Post implementation Arteak reported that the new Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central environment performed without lag, enabled accurate turnover and cost allocation reconciliation, simplified income versus expenditure analysis, automated production related processes, and permitted direct electronic submission of VAT returns to HMRC along with faster distribution of financial statements. | |
