Functional configuration emphasized device enrollment, user template management, scheduled data polling, and centralized T&A processing to support shift and attendance record consolidation. The solution integrated biometric authentication with KNPC s Time and Attendance Control System TACS and the corporate HR systems to automate attendance data flows and reduce manual reconciliation. Operational coverage spanned KNPC sites, consolidating device events and user records into centralized attendance databases for payroll and workforce management downstream. Governance followed a phased migration model with large scale device enrolment and central administration handled by the implementation team. The deployment delivered fast centralized T&A processing and improved authentication performance across KNPC sites. |
