Operational integration covered Genesis Energy web and mobile applications and enabled Authorised Customer Service Representatives to SSO with their organisational Azure AD accounts to assume an end user view for support calls. Inde designed the platform for enterprise level scalability and availability, instrumenting the authentication flows, account provisioning, and the API integration points required for ERP validation and support tooling. The rollout executed a bulk activation of over 300,000 end user accounts in a single night, with users able to sign in to the Azure AD B2C platform the following morning.
